This policy explains how Create Local Trust handles information through CreateLocalTrust.com and its Local Trust Audit request form.
Information you provide
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the company name, contact name, email address, telephone number, and any notes you submit. Please provide business contact details and do not submit passwords, payment information, medical records, patient details, or other sensitive information through this form.
How information is used
We use submitted details to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss your audit, communicate about relevant services, and maintain inquiry records. Submitting an audit request does not enroll you in an automated promotional text-message program.
Website operation and measurement
Our hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure this website. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions. We count audit requests and selected actions, such as telephone and email link clicks, to understand whether the website is useful. These counts do not include form contents, visitor names, or email addresses. This website does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising pixels, and our conversion measurement does not use tracking cookies.
Spam prevention
When enabled on the audit form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission is likely to come from a person. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this security check. We send the verification token to Cloudflare for validation before accepting the request; we do not send your form contact details or notes to the verification service. Service providers
Audit requests are stored in our website database and forwarded through Make to our Google Workspace inbox. ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare provide website hosting and database infrastructure; Make and Google Workspace support notification delivery and communication. These providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Information you send by telephone or email is also handled by the providers of those services.
Retention and security
Inquiry records and correspondence are retained to respond to requests, manage business relationships, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods can vary with the purpose of the record. You can contact us to request deletion. We use HTTPS for this website and restrict administrative access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask about the information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Contact support@createlocaltrust.com or call (703) 782-9400. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

This policy covers the marketing website and inquiry process. Client review campaigns, customer-list reactivation, AI receptionist services, and other client programs may require separate agreements, notices, and consent arrangements.
